I have been a professional driver for over 30 years with nearly 25 years as a fuel tanker driver. I love driving, training colleagues and I missed people.

After being made redundant I decided to re-train as a driving instructor. Both of my children passed with Chilled, one as a weekly pupil and one as an intensive pupil, so I was aware of the brand. All at Chilled made my decision to join them a foregone conclusion. I am now wondering why it took me so long to make this change. Chilled trained and supported me all through the qualifying process and I am extremely proud to say that I passed my final qualification as a Grade ‘A’ instructor!

Taking a total novice from day one to passing on test day gives me the greatest sense of achievement and fulfilment ever.

I love meeting new people and helping them through this life changing event is a real privilege.

My teaching style is full of humour, empathy, passion, clarity and calmness. I am experienced with offering teaching to both neurotypical and neurodivergent pupils as my Trustpilot reviews will show.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and our cocker spaniel Poppy.
