In order to process your purchase, your name, postal address, email address and phone numbers are all captured within this website. This information will be stored for a period of one year. If you would like this information removed before this time, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. It may not be removed before your gift voucher is redeemed and the lessons completed or in the case of Young Drivers purchases, before the experience is completed.

This website processes payments via Barclays EPDQ. Chilled Driving Tuition does not store your credit card details.

Any enquiry sent to Chilled Driving Tuition via any of the contact forms on this website is submitted to Chilled Driving Tuition via email and is also stored in the back end of this website. The submitted email is deleted from Chilled Driving Tuition’s email system and this website once you are booked in for tuition. From there on in, until the date you pass your test(s), Chilled Driving Tuition operates a paper-based system for managing your contact details. Upon test pass(es), your details are removed from Chilled Driving Tuition’s system and shredded.

If after one year, you have not booked in for any tuition, your email and details will be deleted from Chilled Driving Tuition’s email system and this website.
