“I can honestly say that joining Chilled has been one of the best things I have done. Since joining, I have constantly had a full diary, the vast majority of which have been provided by Chilled. I was previously paying a franchise with one of big three, but found the level of work very low, not even enough to cover the weekly franchise. After joining Chilled however, I have been able to work full time in a job I love whilst paying a very reasonable franchise. The upshot is, I am now working for a healthy profit for the first time since becoming an instructor.

I have found Alan to be a fantastic MD. He is always ready to give his full support to all the instructors, with bi-monthly meetings for the whole team allowing us input into the business. I truly feel part of a great team, and the other instructors really are a great bunch.

I thoroughly enjoy teaching my pupils. I think this is partly because of the kind of pupil Chilled attracts. That is, a very professional driving school attracts pupils that want a high quality, supportive instructor, and are happy to pay for a better service. I am personally always striving to be the best instructor I can be, and working with Chilled and the level of support provided by both Alan and the other instructors is helping me to achieve this.
