Originally from London, my wife and I made the decision to relocate to Norfolk in 2020 with our children in search of a better quality of life and more fresh air. It is a decision we have never regretted.

Since leaving school, I have worked in a variety of driving roles and built over 30 years of professional driving experience. My career has taken me all over the country, from selling wholesale foods in a car to delivering construction materials in a 7.5-tonne truck to driving in a range of roles that have allowed me to develop extensive road knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

While I have always loved driving, many of my previous roles offered limited long-term career prospects, which left me looking for a new challenge. Having already made the significant decision to relocate, my family and I felt it was the perfect time to begin a new career path.

I started thinking about how I could combine my extensive driving experience, passion for being on the road, and strong people skills. Becoming a driving instructor was the perfect answer, and in 2021 I began my journey with Chilled.

From the moment I met Alan and the rest of the Chilled team, I knew I had made the right choice. Their professionalism, support, and enthusiasm confirmed that this was the career I had been looking for.

I have experience teaching neurodiverse pupils and am always very proud to help them achieve this very important life skill, I understand the importance of adapting lessons to suit different learning styles. Whether a learner needs additional structure, clear communication, extra patience, or a tailored approach, I am committed to creating a supportive environment where confidence can grow and learning can thrive.

I look forward to meeting my future pupils and helping them not only pass their driving test, but also develop the skills, confidence, and awareness needed for a lifetime of safe driving.
