Originally from London, my wife and I decided to relocate to Norfolk with our 11-year-old twin boys for a better quality of life and some fresh air, a decision we have never looked back on.  Since leaving school I have worked in a variety of different driving roles, for the past 25+ years I have gone from driving all over the country selling wholesale foods to delivering traffic signs and barriers in a 7.5 tonne truck.  My last role was a Postman delivering parcels and mail in and around the London and Norwich area.

I have always loved driving but my previous roles left me disheartened, there were little or no long term prospects in a delivering position.  Therefore, as we had already made a massive decision to relocate counties, we as a family thought now was the time for a different career path for me.  I thought what sort of role could use my years of driving experience, a love for driving and my great people skills.  This is when we decided on a driving instructor career.  I sourced many local companies and discussed the role with my now colleague (Tara) and settled on joining Chilled.  From the moment I met Alan and the rest of the Chilled team I knew I had made the right decision. I look forward to meeting my future pupils and helping you to pass your driving test in preparation for a life of safe driving.
