I have spent 21 years working in the car rental industry, 15 years of which was managing a team of delivery drivers. The past 10 years I have worked in construction.

I decided to move over to driving instruction as I missed the diversity of being out on the road and the opportunity to meet new people. I have two grown up children who I enjoyed helping to teach to drive, so this seemed like a good progression for me.

I am a lifelong Norwich City supporter and played the game myself at a decent level. For a number of years I coached junior teams for Poringland Wanderers FC. My other hobbies include Natural History Photography and Wildlife Gardening.
